Welcome to Punyakshetra Yatras!
Before embarking on your pilgrimage with us, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility:
- Yatris (pilgrims) above 70 years old may require special arrangements or a medical fitness certificate for regular Yatras.
- Yatris above 65 require a medical fitness certificate for specific Yatras in mountainous regions (e.g., Char Dham, Muktinath, Kailash Mansarovar).
- Children under 8 are not permitted on Yatras.
Understanding the Risks:
- Himalayan and mountainous regions present challenges like remote locations, limited medical facilities, and unpredictable weather.
- Altitude sickness is a potential concern. Be sure you’re physically fit for the chosen Yatra and bring any necessary medication.
Our Role and Limitations:
- Punyakshetra acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Their terms & conditions may apply.
- Itineraries are flexible and may change due to weather, road conditions, or participant abilities. We reserve the right to adjust them for your safety and well-being.
- Hotel check-in/out times may vary. Refer to your specific itinerary.
Responsibility and Insurance:
- Punyakshetra is not liable for delays or expenses caused by natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not offer travel insurance. We recommend obtaining your own insurance coverage. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Your Participation:
- You acknowledge your voluntary participation and accept the inherent risks involved. We cannot be held responsible for accidents, illnesses, or fatalities during the Yatra.
- You agree to follow the program schedule and rules set by Punyakshetra and local authorities.
Legal Matters:
- Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by Indian laws and settled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By booking your Yatra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
